Anthony Impey is Chief Executive of Be the Business, the independent business-led charity focused on improving UK productivity by helping small and medium-sized businesses strengthen leadership, improve performance, and successfully adopt technology and AI.

He began his career as an entrepreneur, starting his first business at school before going on to build and scale several companies. He now brings that practical experience to his work with thousands of SMEs across the UK.

Anthony is also a Board Member of Skills England and Chair of the International Advisory Board at UCL School of Management. He was awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to small businesses.
