Nicki Hay MBE is a leading figure in the skills, apprenticeships, and education sector, with over 30 years’ experience shaping national workforce development. She is Chair of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers, a Trustee of WorldSkills UK, and a Board Member of Skills England.

As Director of Apprenticeship Strategy & Policy at BPP, Nicki works closely with employers to design and deliver programmes aligned to their workforce and people development strategies. She supports organisations to build capability, upskill talent, and develop sustainable pipelines of future skills.

Nicki was awarded an MBE in 2021 for services to further education and apprenticeships.
