John Ingram is Chief Executive Officer of Bud Systems, the leading training management platform for funded-skills delivery. He joined Bud in 2021 to lead the company’s ambitious growth strategy, bringing more than 10 years of executive leadership in education businesses, alongside 25+ years of technology experience.

John has a strong track record of scaling education-focused technology organisations. Prior to Bud, he was CEO of Pamoja Education, a global provider of online courses for IB, GCSE and A Levels and Managing Director of RM Results, a £30m-turnover global market leader in digital examination marking and assessment.

John is a strong advocate for apprenticeships and funded training, viewing them as a critical part of the education ecosystem and a key lever in addressing the UK’s skills gap. Under his leadership, Bud continues to support training providers, universities, colleges and employers to deliver high-quality, compliant and learner-centred programmes at scale.
