Transition and implementation planning: from STPS to readiness for 2027

This session focuses on how providers can move from policy to practical implementation of post‑16 pathways reform. It will centre on Strategic Transition Planning Statements (STPS) and how these can support curriculum and delivery planning for 2027.

Delivered as a structured conversation between the Department for Education and a Qualification Pioneer, the session will share practical insight from a provider perspective, alongside an opportunity for discussion and Q&A on key challenges including employer engagement, capacity, and managing uncertainty.
